Why Does My Transfer Machine Cool Down Automatically?
Source:ZS Machinery Time:2016-08-16 Click:63 Times
Automatic cooling is normal and is not a fault. The machine uses a thermostat to hold the drum at the temperature you set. Once the set point is reached the heating element switches off; when the temperature drops it switches back on.
You may hear the fan running or see the temperature dip briefly. As long as the display returns to your set temperature, the machine is working correctly.
If the temperature keeps falling and never recovers, check the heat-transfer oil level, the thermostat setting and the heating circuit. Our service team can talk you through it.
